9. Refund and Return Policy

9.1 Right of withdrawal

Since these are custom-packaged fresh flowers, the right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the order is scheduled for delivery within 14 days of the purchase date. For orders scheduled for same-day delivery, or orders already in the process of being prepared or packaged, the right of withdrawal will be partial, as the goods are perishable and personalized.

9.2 Effects of withdrawal

If the right of withdrawal applies as specified in section 9.1, we will refund all payments made, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of your notice of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method you chose or by bank transfer. However, for orders of fresh flowers already packaged or delivered the same day, the refund will be partial. If you are entitled to a partial refund, this will be calculated by deducting any costs already incurred for preparing the order.

9.3 Transaction fees in case of cancellation

If you decide to cancel an order already paid for online, the refund amount will be subject to a transaction fee. This fee, which covers the company's fees both at the time of payment and during the refund processing, is generally 10% of the total order amount.

10. Presentation of ideas

Please do not submit any ideas, inventions, works of authorship, or other information that could be considered your intellectual property unless we have first signed an intellectual property agreement or non-disclosure agreement. If you disclose it to us without such a written agreement, you grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, store, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any existing or future media.

11. Termination of Use

We may, at our sole discretion, modify or discontinue access, temporarily or permanently, to the website or any of its services at any time.
