1. Artisanal Creation and Certified Transparency When you choose an arrangement, our local master florists create it by hand, custom-made with the freshest flowers cut that day. As soon as the creation is ready, the florist takes a photo of the bouquet before it leaves: what you see reflects our brand's standards of excellence, freshness, and care.

2. Clear Communications and Status Notifications From the moment your order is assigned to the local florist, our system coordinates the delivery route according to your instructions. We want you to always be informed and have peace of mind.

3. Hand Delivery: Punctuality and Confidentiality Our representative will deliver the floral gift directly into the recipient's hands, with the utmost care and discretion to preserve its freshness and beauty.

Choose the Punctuality You Want

• Standard Delivery (Free throughout Italy): Guaranteed same-day delivery Monday to Saturday for orders completed within the 24-hour cutoff 18:00 (Saturday by 14:00).

• Morning Band (€4): Priority delivery in the morning time slot (9:00 – 14:00).

• Afternoon slot (€4): Priority delivery in the afternoon time slot (2:00 pm – 8:00 pm).

• Delivery required (€10): Highest priority delivery at the exact agreed time (+/- 15 minutes), managed directly with the local partner florist.

Sundays and Holidays: Deliveries are suspended on Sundays and national holidays to ensure the freshness of the flowers when we reopen on Monday.

International Deliveries (8 European Countries): Service active in Italy, Germany, France, Spain, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Belgium and the Netherlands via local affiliated florists with zero km (international cutoff time: 3:00 pm local time).

• What happens if the recipient is not at home? We never leave flowers unattended outside the door. We'll contact the recipient by phone (using the number provided, without ever revealing the sender's address or spoiling the surprise) to arrange a new delivery at no additional cost.

• How do you ensure the freshness of the flowers during transport? No flowers travel in cardboard boxes or generic express courier vans. Each arrangement is handcrafted in the destination city and hydrated at the base (hydro-pack) until hand delivery.

• Can I know when the gift will be delivered? Of course: as soon as the florist has delivered the gift to the recipient, you'll receive an automatic confirmation email, giving you complete peace of mind that your gift has arrived at its destination.
